1. How long will it take me to get an appointment?

Same day appointments are available in most cases.

2. What insurance plans do you accept?

We are now accepting PHCS-multi plan and Ambetter. We participate in most HMO, PPO, and traditional insurance plans. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid as well as Multi Plan & Tricare Prime. Please call our office to inquire about a particular plan. We also accept Self Pay.

3. What do I do if I need a refill on a medication?

You can request a prescription refill via our secure online patient portal or by calling our office at
770-771-5050 and leaving a voicemail message.

4. How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through our secure online patient portal or by calling our office. We request that all changes be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

5. How do I get my lab results?

Many of our labs are done in-house and results will be available during your office visit. Some labs must be sent out and after they have been reviewed by your provider, our system will notify you that your test results are available for retrieval. To retrieve your results online please LOGIN to our secure Patient Portal. Your test results will be available as a message on your Portal Welcome Screen, as well as within the Lab Results section of My Profile: Health Labs/Imaging.

As a courtesy to our patients, and to improve the speed and quality of our testing process, our office also uses ResultsCall to deliver your confidential test results.

6. How do I login in to the patient portal?

As a courtesy to our patients we offer a secure online Patient Portal where you can cancel or reschedule appointments, retrieve your test results, and pay your bill online.

To Log In:
Go to Patient Login. Enter your 5-13 numeric digit PIN. If you do not have a PIN please call our office at 770-771-5050 or ask your provider at your next visit.
Enter your eight-digit date of birth, using two digits for the month, two digits for the day, and four digits for the year. (Example: September 4th, 1980 would be entered 09/04/1980)
Enter your 10-digit telephone number, which includes your area code. This should be the same number we used to notify you that your results are ready for retrieval.
Click the Login button.

To Register:
Click on New User Registration
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Home Phone Number, and proceed as directed.

7. How do I get a referral?

When you need to see a specialist, your provider will create a referral for you during your office visit.

8. What if I have a question about my bill?

9. Can I be assured of total confidentiality?

All our employees sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the use of you medical information. We are dedicated to protecting you privacy according to the privacy provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Ask us at any time about any concerns regarding privacy and confidentiality.

10. How do I get a hold of someone in case of emergency?

Dial 911.
